eSathi Mobile App/eSathi Web Portal of eDistrict is designed for delivering the Government Services through edistrct as well as departmental portal. The services of eDistrict Project delivered directly to the registered account of Citizen.
You can download the Android version of Mobile app of eSathi from Google app store “eSathi UP, NIC eGov Mobile App” or from home page of edistrict.up.nic.in. The Mobile app contains option for Account Registration.
At Present 40 eDistrict Services are covered under eSathi Mobile App/citizen portal of eDistrict. Apart from this 31 departmental service portal are also linked to edistrict portal to provide all the G2C services related to them to citizen. You need to apply through your registered account of eSathi Mobile App/citizen portal along with the scanned Passport Size Photo, self-declaration certificate, copies of other supporting document as per the requirement of edistrict services. The file size of photo should not be more than 50 KB and the size of other documents should not be greater than 100KB. The Photo and Other document should be clearly legible.
You can visit the URL http://164.100.181.16/Imgcompress/compress.aspx to compress image/documents to be uploaded to required file size. You can also resize the image/documents through URL http://164.100.181.16/crop/crop.aspx
Once the application is approved by concerned authority,Digitally signed certificate/approved letter will be available in the registered account of citizen on eSathi Mobile App/ eSathi Web Portal. (Please enable popup windows for opening the certificate in Desktop/Laptop).
Please examine the reason of rejection in your rejected application and after fulfilling the requirement as per reason of rejection you can re-apply the required services once again. For further clarification you may contact to the respective approval authority of the district.
Please contact the concerned approval authority of the concern district or you may appeal to the higher authority.
No, once the document is uploaded it cannot be edited/deleted/updated.
Your application will get rejected if necessary attachments are not found at the time of verification process.

Aadhaar Number is not mandatory for registration or applying any eSathi’s services, you may use copy of ration Card, copy of EPICphoto ID card etc. as proof of ID.
Either your browser is outdated and does not meet the system requirements or your internet connection is too slow. eSathi web portal should be viewed in a screen resolution of 1024 by 768. For best performance your browser version should be IE 8 or higher.
To reset the password, please visit the URL: http://164.100.181.16/mcitizen/Login/Login.aspx and click on Reset Password link given on the login page. After clicking on reset password link follow the online instructions provided in the process.
eSathi web Portal of eDistrict supports mangal font(Unicode) as Hindi supported font.Google input tool, in Windows 8.1 or higher version have inbuilt Hindi typing tool support.
